The day began with a heartfelt ceremony at their local church, reflecting their deep rooted connection to the community. Afterward, guests made their way down the 133 steps to Lusty Glaze Beach, where they were greeted by golden sands and the soothing sounds of the sea.
The couple was lucky with glorious weather, setting the tone for a relaxed and joyful celebration. Drinks flowed, games were played, and laughter echoed across the beach as friends and family soaked in the sun. Being Cornish myself, it was a special privilege to capture Sam & Morwenna's story in such a meaningful location.
For their couple's portraits, we took a leisurely stroll along the shoreline, embracing the natural beauty of the surroundings. One of my favorite shots was captured inside a sea cave, where the light and textures created a magical frame around the newlyweds. As the sun began to set, we ventured closer to the water, seizing the golden hour for some truly unforgettable images.
After our beach adventure, we returned to the Beach Pavilion, where the evening festivities kicked off. With its cozy ambiance and panoramic ocean views, the pavilion provided the perfect setting for dining and dancing the night away.
What a day it was, filled laughter and the unmistakable charm of Cornwall. Sam & Morwenna's wedding was a beautiful reminder of how special it is to celebrate love in a place that feels like home.
